Join Our Sisters’ School’s 6th Grade Sister Sailors for their Family Art Showcase, as they exhibit the “City that Lit the World,” discovering “What We can Learn about our Community through History and Place.” 

Through a number of visits to the New Bedford Whaling Museum, the New Bedford Fishing Heritage Center, and the New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park, these students have explored, researched, and discovered a number of different people, artifacts, and stories that have helped shape their community. Experience these works of art that highlight the different themes, accomplishments, and people that continue to inspire and teach our community’s youth.
