AHA! Night at the museum
Thursday, November 10, 2022 | 4:00pm - 7:00pm
free admission
Come behind the frame and explore for FREE the New Bedford Whaling Museum’s first floor including our most recent temporary exhibition, Re/Framing the View: Nineteenth-Century American Landscapes. Featuring local artists like Robert Swain Gifford (1840-1905) and Frances “Fannie” Eliot (1844-1931) as well as national artists, this exciting exhibition is a chance to question what we “see” in traditional landscape scenes versus what we know was happening just out of view.
What is AHA!?
AHA! (Art, History, Architecture) provides a free platform for New Bedford’s creative community to showcase their talents collectively; making arts, culture, and creative expression accessible to all. Learn more about AHA! and explore the full schedule of activities online at ahanewbedford.org.
