Inside Out!
A Series of Rotating Outdoor Exhibitions
August 6 – October 15, 2020
Museum Plaza
The New Bedford Whaling Museum ignites learning through explorations of art, history, science, and culture rooted in the stories of people, the region, and an international seaport. Our galleries have been host to many dynamic exhibitions throughout the years and we have been honored to share our Collections and the stories they tell with visitors from near and far.
In this outdoor exhibition series, we aimed to bring you a selection of photographs representing a sampling of the stories presented within our walls. While the Museum campus, at the time, was open Wednesdays through Sundays, and we encouraged you to come inside, this free series was available every day for all to enjoy outside.
With each two-week exhibition, we hosted a virtual talk with the curator.
