A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due to hold your reservation on the 2024 Members’ Trip to Alaska.
Deposits or in-full payments are accepted online here.
Members paying the deposit only at the time of registration will be provided payment options for the balance due in the online form. A credit card number will be required to manage payments.

Flights to and from Alaska; members are responsible for booking their own flight transportation from their point of origin to Juneau, Alaska (JNU) on June 15, 2024 and returning flight from Anchorage, Alaska (ANC) to their point of origin when the trip concludes on Monday, June 24, 2024. (Please see below for information on preferred flights).

The current lowest round-trip fare ($648.10 as of 10/30/2023) is offered through Delta.

In the case of a full trip cancellation, the following payments by participating members will apply:
More than 60 days before travel - $500 administration fee (to be split among trip participants), plus any nonrefundable deposits made to suppliers
Less than 60 days before the first days of services – all prepayments are nonrefundable, and any cancellation charges incurred from suppliers.
Individual cancellations between 60 and 45 days before the first day of service (June 15, 2024) will incur a $50.00 per room cancellation penalty plus any nonrefundable deposits paid to the supplier.
Individual cancellations within 45 days before the first day of services are entirely non-refundable.
Information necessary for Tour Provider, Alaska Private Tour, to book the itinerary on members’ behalf will be collected in our online form at time of registration.
Changes, such as to rooming configurations, names, service times etc. requested within 45 days of arrival are subject to a $50.00 fee per change, in addition to any fees charged by our vendors. Changes initiated by trip participants within this 45-day timeframe will be charged to the participant’s credit card on file.
Travel insurance is not included in the price of the itinerary. Participants wishing to purchase travel insurance should do so with a reputable insurance carrier.

Unused portions of the tour are non-refundable.
Should tax and fee increases be imposed by federal, provincial, or municipal governments, an adjustment to the rates will occur and participants will be charged for any additional taxes and fees.
