'Party for the Icebergs' Free Family-Friendly Event Saturday December 5th at the Museum

‘Party for the Icebergs’ event will teach kids how we can all play a part in keeping our oceans healthy

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. – On Saturday, December 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., kids and parents alike will learn the science and biology of whales and the importance of ocean health through this fun and interactive event - “Party for the Icebergs.” Activities will include the blubber glove teaching table, the up-close-and-personal ocean touch table from the Lloyd Center for the Environment, and the Micro Plastics Demonstration to learn about pollution.
