This would include reproductions of photographs, paintings, prints, scrimshaw, and logbooks to name just a few. The sale of photographic images does not constitute authorization to publish or to make further copies. To gain this authorization, one must fill out, sign and submit our written permission form (New Bedford Whaling Museum Permission Application) or visit our self-service website, Window Back Gallery, and agree to the stated terms.
